Boyd Labs builds AI systems that find and cure revenue leaks, a category we call AI Revenue Health Systems. We work with businesses through diagnostics, fractional engagements, and the design and deployment of autonomous AI agents and systems that keep revenue running clean.
Descriptions of our services on this site are for general information. Any specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Boyd Labs, which controls if it conflicts with anything here. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular result.
Certain offerings, such as The Consult, are paid. Fees are shown at the point of purchase and are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Because our paid sessions deliver work product and a written plan, fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered, except where required by law. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will work to make it right.
The site, its content, the Boyd Labs™ name and logo, the A.O.R.T.A. Protocol, and related materials are owned by Boyd Labs and protected by applicable law. Deliverables created specifically for you in a paid engagement are yours to keep as described in that engagement. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm others.
Our content and services are provided for business purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make for your business.
The site relies on third-party services such as Stripe, Cal.com, and Google. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third parties.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boyd Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
